Monday Update: Latest shipments, Dragon Skull and more...

Hi dear friends,

After the previous update that we posted we have continued working, we have finished sending some packages that were pending from the Undead Graveyard IV pledge and Add-On Pass.

So now we inform you that all the packages of the pledges ranging from Add-On Pass to Undead Graveyard IV, are already sent.

After this some references were sold out, such as the Undead Graveyard set, and we had to restore the available stock to continue packaging the rewards.

Some of the Undead Graveyard I - IV pledge packages that were still open today are being completed with the sets they needed. 

When we have them all complete we will close them and register to manage the shipment.

The postal service once again has a reduction in its staff, at least in the town in which we are located, in the last batches of shipments we have made, they took several days to come to collect the packages.

We hope that this week the latest batch of shipments, from the Undead Graveyard I - IV pledge, may already be on the way. Depending on the volume of work they have in the postal service, there is the possibility that they will assign us the package pickup for next week.

In any case, if you are a backer of this pledge, your tracking number will also be registered in Backerkit in the next few days.

Hi dear friends,

We keep packing and shipping more packages. We are already in the final stretch of shipments.

In the next few days we will prepare the UNDEAD GRAVEYARD I - IV (Special Pledge) packages.

These rewards contain many product references, they are large boxes and everything must be very well packed and protected, which means that we will spend a little more time preparing these packages.

We will keep you informed of progress and news.

Hi dear friends,

From last week until today, more packages have been shipped and are on their way!

STATUES & HANGED SET and UNDEAD GRAVEYARD IV pledges rewards have started shipping.

We are preparing the last shipments of UNDEAD GRAVEYARD IV and UNDEAD GRAVEYARD I - IV (Special Pledge) so that they can be sent in the next days.

Track your Shipment

If your package is already on its way, you have your tracking number available in your private Backerkit area.

You can access through the following link:

If you still do not have your tracking number available it is because your package will be sent very soon or because we are still registering all the tracking numbers in Backerkit, this process can take approximately 24 to 48 hours.

When will my shipment arrive?

All Undead Graveyard IV packages are shipped via registered mail with insurance and signature upon delivery. You can track your reward with the tracking number we provide you.

Apart from this, we provide you with a series of guidelines to take into account regarding shipments in current times:

• Due to the Covid situation, currently the transit times of the packages are much longer than before. 
• Some packages may be held up in the customs of the destination country for weeks or months.
• If your package has been sent a month or more ago, and you still have not received it, please verify your tracking number and ask at your post office.
• When a package leaves Spain, the tracking number information is updated by the Postal Service of your country, we have seen that sometimes it takes several days or even weeks to update. If there is no updated information, contact the Postal Service of your country to ask about your package.
